Unlimited Ammo + No Reloads now affects ALL Weapons and their attachments. Maximum HP and MP can now be modified alongside Aya's current HP and MP to prevent the 'Healing' spell from registering the player as 'damaged' every time the Parasite Energy wheel is opened.

The Table Extras section also includes all item codes for you to use with the Item Editor feature. You can find all the information you need with regards to how you use this cheat table effectively by checking out the "Table Extras" section in the bottom right of the Cheat Engine interface. This Cheat Table was built using basic address finding/value editing techniques. Just thought I'd upload a copy of the Cheat Table I made for Parasite Eve II for the PSOne using the ePSXe emulator to do it.
